This isn’t saying go out & eat 5 cookies every day and you’re a shoo-in for abs. Just having one cookie won’t kill you or make you gain even a pound let alone 5. Having a slice of pizza or even two one day with your friends won’t make you gain either! Go ahead & go out to get ice cream with your friends! Being healthy shouldn’t stop you from having a little fun every now and then. Ice cream with your friends that you haven’t eaten with for months because they go to unhealthy places isn’t going to hurt your healthy lifestyle any more than having a salad once a month makes your diet healthy.On thigh gaps, not everyone will have one! It depends on your bone structure! If you have narrow hips, you probably won’t ever get one (healthily). I know some girls who are like 5’1” 103lbs who don’t even have a thigh gap because they have narrow hips or knock-knees(i think that’s what it’s called). I’ve also seen girls who are at their hw like 5’4” 150lbs or something who have a thigh gap because they have wide hips! It’s perfectly fine to not have a thigh gap! Stop aspiring to have something your body is not capable of having! You’ll only be upset when you don’t get the results.
